Meet Ivan Garcia, CEO, Owner
Ivan Garcia, CEO and owner of Graystone construction company specializes in commercial re-roof projects and tenant build-outs. Ivan has assisted several national management companies and significant commercial losses. With over 11 years of experience in the construction industry, Ivan has established himself as a trusted and respected figure in the business community.
Ivan's career in construction began after he graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Administration and management. He started working for a local construction firm, where he quickly rose through the ranks and gained valuable experience in all aspects of the industry. Ivan decided to strike out and founded Graystone Construction.
Under Ivan's leadership, the company has grown from a small startup to a thriving business with a strong reputation for quality work and exceptional customer service. The company has completed numerous projects throughout Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Ivan resides in Southlake, TX, with his wife and son. Ivan enjoys spending time at the lake, hunting, and traveling the world in his free time.
Meet Danny Didyk, Partner, Co-Founder
With over 25 years of construction experience across various industries and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1998, Mr. Didyk is a trusted and valued professional in construction project management, estimating, and reconstruction.
From residential to multi-family, commercial, and industrial construction, Mr. Didyk has completed numerous diverse projects. He is proficient in scheduling, operations management, design, analysis, and production, ensuring comprehensive project execution.
What sets Mr. Didyk apart is his ability to understand clients' immediate and future needs, delivering cost-effective solutions to meet their construction goals. Building long-term relationships and providing value-added services is his methodology's core.
His portfolio includes impressive projects like large concrete tilt-wall structures, parking facilities, light industrial buildings, commercial constructions, and stick-framed residential buildings. Additionally, he excels in investigating repair methods for various types of buildings, including commercial roofing. Adhering to building codes, contract specifications, and construction site safety regulations, including OSHA requirements, is a top priority for Mr. Didyk.
With over 300 million dollars worth of construction projects completed and his expertise in project scoping, budgeting, documentation review, quality monitoring, and cost and schedule management across multiple states, Mr. Didyk has earned a reputation as a trusted professional in the industry.

Jonathan Cedillo is a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager with an impressive track record in the construction industry. With years of experience in the field, Jonathan's expertise in project management, attention to detail, and ability to manage even the most significant projects have made him a favorite among our clients.
Jonathan's diverse project portfolio includes managing a wide range of construction projects, with a notable achievement, his crucial role in completing the suite level at Texas Rangers Globe Life Park. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family when he's not on the job. He resides in Rockwall with his wife and daughter, and his hobbies include hunting and fishing.
